Fast, easy, straight forward, pleasant When I arrived, Jimmy was there to greet me. He took me to test drive the car and showed me various features about the car. We worked on my financing together and he assured me he could have me out of the dealership around 2 hours. In the end, I was there for 1 1/2 hours and it made my experience a good one.
My sales rep Was great to work with, the entire staff was super friendly, there was no pressure, there was no haggling which has its good points and not so good points, but it made it easy to buy a car and you know that this will be a good experience if you do your research to find out what cars are worth in the market. I found a fantastic car that had very low miles and I got a free year of maintenance and I couldn’t be happier.

I went to One Toyota to ask about options for increasing the height of my Toyota Corolla bc I was having problems with it scraping the pavement of my steep driveway. The consulting mechanic was professional, honest, and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, we were unable to come up with a solution, but they did waive my fee for a brake check which was nice.

Service advisor told me upon checking in that car alignment is needed. After three hours of waiting, got a text from cashier that my car is ready. Paid the cashier for car service. Service advisor was not there. The alignment report was left in my front passenger seat. Left front caster in red at 5.7 degree. I purchased a 2026 RAV4 XSE Plug-in. I put a $500 deposit down last September and my purchase was May 9. With all the paperwork required to purchase the RAV4, I didn't notice that this dealer failed to credit my $500 to my purchase. I noticed a couple days later, and now at over 3 weeks later and several emails still nothing and I am now being ignored. What should be a perfect 5-star rating is now soured and I'm not sure I will be using this dealership for the service of my RAV4 going forward.
