The service was good and quick overall. However, I was disappointed that I did not receive any notification (such as a text message or phone call) when the service was completed. I dropped off my car at 12:00 PM and waited in the lobby during the service. The service was actually completed around 12:30 PM, but no one notified me. I ended up waiting in the lobby for an extra hour and did not leave until around 1:30 PM because I was not aware that my car was ready. Another thing I was not satisfied with was that the service did not include a car wash. My car was quite dirty after the service, so I would have appreciated it if the car had been washed or at least cleaned after the service. Other than these issues, everything else was good, and I was satisfied with the service overall.
