Good communication. Transparent. Fair. Honest. The only negative aspect of the experience was how long it took. We were told it would be no more than an hour but it was more like 2.

Ms. Garcia Ramirez was extremely helpful from the minute she took my phone call. There was no pressure or run-around on pricing. My car was delivered ahead of schedule and the paperwork was finished in under an hour. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

My dealership was nice, but Toyota's price was too high. My dealership was attention and details everything, but I was surprise with labor too expensive and pointed many pieces which I know that wasn't necessary to change. Toyota rental din't make sense to me, because I start rent at 11:34am on Saturday and bring back Monday at 5:30pm (specific back date), then I was charge another day by the difference of time, as you policy offer to pay by daily rental not by time. Truly frustrated.

I purchased my truck from them at a good price. But nobody told me the truck was an out of state truck and needed additional information in order for it to be registered in California (vin verification, weighing, etc.). 3 months go by and two weeks before my temporary plates were set to expire, they called me asking me to bring to truck in to get weighed. After I brought it in they said they would have the license plates overnighted to me… 6-7 weeks later they finally arrived in the mail. The service was overall good but they dropped the ball on this part.

when I arrived I pulled in and was greeted in a short time and told someone would be with be with me soon. Basic maintenance went well and was informed when completed. very prompt service

Very helpful and efficient. The lady (Jennifer?) that was helping me, provided me with extra information I asked. My car was scratched (not in the service) and she gave me choices on how I could get it fixed when I asked. She updated me with my car status. Everything was very smooth.
