I had a very good experience w Yusef-He's very personable On another note: I had looked under the hood (checking fluids) previous to bringing the car in a noticed many of the plastic fasteners missing as well as the battery bracket unsecured. 1) I was dissappointed that "attention to detail" was NOT extended while servicing the car last time (six months ago). ie the broken plastic fasterners not replaced & allowing the car to be driven out of your parking lot w a "floating battery." 2) I was dissappointed that you "charged" for broken fasteners-it would seem to me that those are "expendible" items that will break while servicing a car. "

Friendly helpful staff, was greeted right away by Bryant when I pulled into service. Tee came up soon after, ordered a Lyft and service on tue car was completed in exactly the time he told me

My service experience was was excellent. I was only slightly disappointed that One Toyota was not able to perform my Smog test.

I had a very difficult experience at this dealership. I took it in for a loose muffler. A job I was told would take 4 hours. An hour before they closed I called to check the status because I hadnt heard anything I was told the work wouldnt be completed until Monday, leaving me without a car for the weekend. Something no one thought to tell me. Monday they said the catalytic converter had been stolen and hadnt done any repairs. This should have been pretty immediately noticeable so what work did they do all Saturday?? They sent me a bill charging me $400 for work they didnt do and only removed the charge after I complained. When I went to pick up my car on my lunch break it took them an hour and a half to find because they mislabeled it. Never returning.

I was very disappointed that the agent didn’t tell me I could have bought a brand new Prius for the same price as the used one. I would have appreciated having all the options before making my decision.
