I bought my 2020 Camry from the One Toyota in 2019, they fail on the promise to donate $250 to my daugter's college, UC Berkeley, so I will never forget because the promise was my motivation to buy the vehicle from them.

People I dealt with were exceedingly polite, and the showroom are awaiting area was very comfortable. But they did not fix the core problem that I brought in and I called in the afternoon and let them know and I have not heard back from them since.

I have been going to Toyota One for over ten years and have overall great service including this recent service. However, one thing that have encountered this time and last time was that I waited almost a half hour for my vehicle after I paid. I was able to meet with the service rep and pay within five minutes after arriving however I waited for my truck for almost a half hour even though I could see that it was park right at the garage entrance. There were no apparent staff dedicated for retrieving cars after service was done, even though multiple employees walk right past me and the crowd that was waiting under the pickup tent that is set up outside. At one point someone did come out to ask if anyone was waiting for their vehicle, which we gave are info to, but he never came back and only one vehicle was brought by someone else. I went back to my service rep at this point, and he was able to flag someone to retrieve my truck however I could have walked over and done it myself and been home given how much time I waited. I had a similar experience waiting for my vehicle last time and I see this now as a pattern that needs to be addressed. Waiting a half hour to pickup your vehicle after you have paid for service is not acceptable and this is the second time in a row that this has happen to me.

I had a great experience at Toyota One Oakland! I traded in my 2025 black Honda CR-V Hybrid and purchased a brand-new Toyota RAV4 XSE. Michael Domingo was amazing throughout the entire process. Yesterday I purchased my new Toyota Corolla Cross. I really needed a car, but I wasn't planning to buy one that same day. However, after meeting Mr. John, everything changed. He helped me select the perfect vehicle, took me on a test drive, and guided me through every step of the process. He was respectful, patient, honest, and incredibly helpful, making the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The excellent service didn't stop there. The Sales and Finance Manager, Ms. Sira, was also very kind and professional. She worked hard to get me a great deal and made sure everything went smoothly.
