Given that 2 star is "fair", I would have to unfortunately rate my experience as 1 star. For context, I have been going to One Toyota for the routine services a handful of times now. And although they are always delayed and slow, my latest experience is unacceptable. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 in the morning via appointment. It was for oil change and the Airbag recall. Initially they provided me a 1pm estimated time of completion, 1pm comes, they tell me they need more time, so 4pm is the eta. 4pm comes, and now they are rushing to complete my vehicle because they close at 5. So I got there at 5pm, my car was not yet done, it was literally the last vehicle in the shop despite having an early appointment. 5:30 is when I get my vehicle, I figured everything seems fine. But 2 weeks later, here I am writing a review, and I noticed neither of my heating and ventilation for my seats are working. There is a disconnection somewhere. I suspect the technician rushed to get my vehicle out the door since they were "delayed". This is so unfortuante because I am dreading the idea of having to drop off my vehicle again and wasting another Saturday to get something fix that they (Toyota) had screwed up on. I almost feel like I should be compensated for my time. It makes me wonder, if they forgot to connect my seat heating and cooling, are the air bags even connected?
