I came in for my first service on my new car. I thought the process for scheduling was a little confusing via chatbot on the phone. I wish the phone was answered by any actual person at the location. Upon arrival staff was very efficient. Hector provided excellent customer service as I needed to be entered into the computer system. There were many areas to sit and wait which was a good choice as the whole experience took just an hour. I'll be back.

The one thing that I was clear from the beginning is that the price definition when one buys from One Toyota. I only dealt with Sam Li for everything, which makes it a pleasant experience. All my work was done over the Internet. Sam is responsive to text and on follow-ups. Very clear strategy and straightforward working with them. I would definitely consider buying another car from them. Very professional.
