The one thing that I was clear from the beginning is that the price definition when one buys from One Toyota. I only dealt with Sam Li for everything, which makes it a pleasant experience. All my work was done over the Internet. Sam is responsive to text and on follow-ups. Very clear strategy and straightforward working with them. I would definitely consider buying another car from them. Very professional.

I've been getting my car maintenance done in Oakland Toyota for a while. This was the first time the service was amazing. Someone by the name of Jennifer greeted me with such joy and knew exactly what she was doing. When I arrived she remembered who I was and immediately went to get my car. The work they did to my car was excellent as well. I hope they continue to have knowledgeable staff.

Customer service from Thomas was great 10/10. I am giving the review 4 stars because my car was returned with my drivers side seats covered in a black/gray stain (I have light seats) and drivers side door with a dirty hand prints as well. Hoping next time this won’t happen next time.

I thought everything about it was great except that it took 3 hours due to my recall supposedly. If something's going to take three hours I would like a little more morning then 'it's going to take a little longer because of the recall'. Seems like if I was just getting the basic service it would have been well under an hour

I had a great experience with Evelyn. She was very friendly and explained what was happening in great detail. I got a ride back and forth with Lyft and my cat was in great shape at the end.

Service representative misled me with a 3 years auto care contract. She put my name wrong. I asked her to correct it. But it was too late. Now I am stuck with a name that belongs to no one. And I have to deal with canceling the contract with a name she made up. Very upset about this experience.

The service has been outstanding with Geoff. He was ready to get the service done. When I came back with a concern about the recent recall performance or a scratch on my new vehicle, he stepped up to take care of it without any hesitation.
