Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was impressed at the customer service. I will say for future, make sure you have a part in stock before taking it out. I ended up having to get a rental from you all, having to move my 3 car seats and cram them into a Camry… thankfully your team removed them for me and moved them into the other car. At first I was offered a 25% discount off the rental, when it wasn’t an option to get my car back that day and bring it back when you had the part. This wasn’t an ok option to me… Thankfully the rental was then comped.
