Lani was one of the most efficient salesperson I've ever worked with. I've always dreaded buying or leasing a car as the process always took way too long for everything. Lani was always in contact with me every step of the way and always answered my questions very promptly. When it came time for the paperwork, it took less than a couple of hours from app to signing of the paperwork all done electronically! Once you've had this type of service you CANNOT go back! Thank you Lani and One Toyota!

Very good. The only problem is that there is no longer decaf in the coffee machine even though it has two hoppers for beans

Very clean operation, and the personnel didn't try to boost the cost by additional unnecessary repairs. That's very important to me, too many dealers ruin it by doing that.

I insist on coming here bc it's clean and everyone respects their customers time by keeping everything moving smoothly. Also I wanted to note as a woman I don't always feel comfortable going to dealerships and mechanics bc men tend to try to charm me into an upsell but every time I've come and worked with Hasani he's always been kind, respectful, a great communicator and made me feel safe while answering all my questions clearly.

Fast, easy, straight forward, pleasant When I arrived, Jimmy was there to greet me. He took me to test drive the car and showed me various features about the car. We worked on my financing together and he assured me he could have me out of the dealership around 2 hours. In the end, I was there for 1 1/2 hours and it made my experience a good one.

My sales rep Was great to work with, the entire staff was super friendly, there was no pressure, there was no haggling which has its good points and not so good points, but it made it easy to buy a car and you know that this will be a good experience if you do your research to find out what cars are worth in the market. I found a fantastic car that had very low miles and I got a free year of maintenance and I couldn’t be happier.
