I liked getting the message that my vehicle was ready for pick up and also the video that took me through my car's inspection.

Service was satisfactory overall. However, I was not greeted at any point on entering the business. After several minutes of wandering, I ended up interrupting a service person who was working on their computer at random to ask for assistance. Please consider adding a reception function.

One Toyota is the place to go! Temka and I were communicating via text about the car that I was looking for. She was on it, found the car, and made sure the car was there on the same day! Upon my arrival, Temka was there to welcome me and made me feel so comfortable! She was very supportive even through my change of decisions as I was waiting for the Toyota Camry that I’ve been waiting for. I test drove the Camry along with the Honda accord that was sitting out there and decided to go with the Honda. She broke things down in a way that was easy to understand. She didn’t push me or make me feel pressured, instead she shared her personal experiences and was honest in what she was advising me to do. She brought out a bow and offered to take a picture of me and my new ride. She made feel happy and proud about my purchase. I felt great when driving off! I will definitely be sending others her way and make by way back too One Toyota again in the future!

Everything went well. The only exception is they should be more transparent with available services. Rent a car, on line appointment follow up. Other than that I would use them again.

How easy!!! just showed up without an appointment at opening for warranty maintenance. Enjoyed the free coffee and reading in the lounge, and was out the door 45 minutes later. Not just the maintenance, but the technician was professional, but also warm and friendly to make it a more personal experience instead of a hassle.

My experience was excellent except the unclear communication around car reservations. I waited 4 months for a reserved vehicle. Given a 3 Week window when it may arrive. Then suddenly threatened with losing the car when a previously unmentioned 48 hour pick up window appeared in the conversation
