Tee was attentive. And helped me get the best deal, before prices go up. He was clearly busy when I approached him and he pivoted to help me. And directed all of his attention to me. He served the customer, it was refreshing.

I had an appointment for service at 1pm on Monday, June 15. When I arrived I was greeted immediately, and told exactly what to do. I needed a new tire and routine maintenance - oil change, fluid checks, etc. My lady told me how much my visit would cost. We agreed on the price. I waited in the very nice waiting area. I got a free Mocha. ?? And drank some cold water out of the H2O dispenser. My car was ready at about 4pm. I paid my bill. My car was brought to me, and I drove home, knowing that my car was in good condition because I take it to One Toyota, in Oakland. Thank you! ??

She had no communication with me after my car was finished. In the past the advisor would always go over what was done and results from the inspection. I just received a text telling me to go to the cashier after I saw my car outside and I texted and asked if my car was finished.
