No games and it was unbelievably simple. I worked with Carlos Cervantes from start to finish. I let him know what vehicle and options I was interested in. He provided a few vehicles that matched my requirements. We found one that had specs with a reasonable timeline for delivery. I placed a security deposit and it was just a matter of waiting for the vehicle to arrive. Carlos kept me in the loop on the carā€™s status with weekly updates. He was prompt to answer any of my questions. We were able to handle the paper work electronically and they even offer home delivery! It also arrived with a full tank! Thank you Carlos and One Toyota!! Satisfied customer, they will be my first stop next time I want another Toyota.
