We had been discussing vehicle options for months bc ONE TOYOTA cannot keep vehicles in stock. Once he ordered the Sienna for me, he kept me updated at every step. Toyota of Oakland uses a single point of contact for the entire purchase process and from the point that my 4runner was ordered to the point where I drove off the lot, he has been professional, courteous, and made sure that i was updated every step of the way. This was probably the most painless and low pressure vehicle purchase that I have ever been a part of. Ill probably be back in the future if I find myself in a position to purchase another toyota.

The One Toyota experience was great! They even held the keys for us as we were driving from hours away (without us asking them to). I did hold up our One worker longer than usual as I can take long to make decisions. My only knock would be the online car photos did not show all the dings in the interior of the trunk(it could be an honest mistake as that is a place I don't prioritize to look). Luckily we found a car on the lot that was more to our liking. No hassle as prices eere already competitive, less pressure. Interest rate seemed a bit high but that could be the current market. Thank you.
