Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was impressed at the customer service. I will say for future, make sure you have a part in stock before taking it out. I ended up having to get a rental from you all, having to move my 3 car seats and cram them into a Camryā€¦ thankfully your team removed them for me and moved them into the other car. At first I was offered a 25% discount off the rental, when it wasnā€™t an option to get my car back that day and bring it back when you had the part. This wasnā€™t an ok option to meā€¦ Thankfully the rental was then comped.
