Thomas was really good, professional and friendly at the in-take service desk and the service was prompt. Building was clean and comfortable. Appreciate the coffee. Appreciate the offer to take a shuttle back home, but we stayed at the dealership and had a coffee together. The price of the battery was fair, however, I think the price to install the 12v battery was high. Happy to get the car in on the day and time I preferred. FYI, it would have been a wonderful generous customer courtesy to have my car run through the quick car wash. I inquired about it and was told it would be $50.00. My car had been sitting outside for quite some time, the battery was dead for over month. AAA jumped my car to get it to you. I have not been able to drive and wash my car because my dominant hand and fingers are in a cast. I had to have my 83 year old Mom who doesn't drive much drive my car to you. A courtesy wash would have been the icing on the cake given the state of my car and hand. Thank you.

Drop off was easy for regular maintenance and to address recall issue. There was a glitch in notifying me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I was there for an extra 4 hours! Chase offered a complimentary detailing job when I return from my roadtrip. I appreciate the excellent customer service!
