Service was satisfactory overall. However, I was not greeted at any point on entering the business. After several minutes of wandering, I ended up interrupting a service person who was working on their computer at random to ask for assistance. Please consider adding a reception function.

Everything went well. The only exception is they should be more transparent with available services. Rent a car, on line appointment follow up. Other than that I would use them again.
How easy!!! just showed up without an appointment at opening for warranty maintenance. Enjoyed the free coffee and reading in the lounge, and was out the door 45 minutes later. Not just the maintenance, but the technician was professional, but also warm and friendly to make it a more personal experience instead of a hassle.
My experience was excellent except the unclear communication around car reservations. I waited 4 months for a reserved vehicle. Given a 3 Week window when it may arrive. Then suddenly threatened with losing the car when a previously unmentioned 48 hour pick up window appeared in the conversation

They even went above and beyond by booking a ride to and from the service center. It felt like we were at a Mercedes-Benz service center in Southern California! How lucky we were to have Gustavo Torres as our sales manager.
