They didn’t have me on their schedule despite me making an appointment the prior week but had no problem fitting me in and servicing my car in no time. Very friendly. Well run operation. I’ve been very disappointed with my experiences at One Toyota Service Center, particularly when trying to have warranty issues addressed.
During my first visit, I explained that the wireless charger in my vehicle was not working properly. Rather than admit an obvious engineering flaw, the service advisor repeatedly suggested that the problem was with my phone.

On September 26,on my visit for miantinance I told the person was helping me to check on the battery,because I had to jump start,to start my truck.,then the next day I can’t get it started again,,now a hassle on my morning day and I need to go work in the afternoon,and tell now it won’t start.

Things generally went well. However I would prefer to have costs and repairs needed in an office rather than somewhere else, e.g. where I drove the car inside. Also think it would be good customer service if I were told some repairs or services might be needed at next scheduled service.
I'd be back and work personally with Mariano again. Mariano listened to exactly what I was looking for and quickly knew which vehicle would be the best fit. Showed me what was in the lot and made the process as quick as possible. I'd work personally with him again.
Worked with Carlos and Emmanuel on purchasing a 2026 RAV4 PHEV and it was an incredibly smooth process. Carlos was our sales rep and he did a great job fielding our questions as first-time buyers, helped us navigate the waitlist, and made sure we came prepared on the day of trade-in and purchase. Emmanuel was also generous with his time to make sure we were all set with our vehicle. These two reps gave us some of the best service we've had in a long time. Very friendly and helpful demeanor.

I appreciated the professionalism of all the staff there, and especially Ethan's efficiency and willingness to bend on certain policies regarding shuttles(Lyft) home while waiting on service completion. Much to my surprise, they sent me a video of the mechanic's assessment, showing and narrating their whole process. Very impressive and a great use of tech! I am sure I could spend less by going to my local quick oil changer place but because they take so much care I think I will continue to bring my car here for routiine maintenance.

I took my Prius back in to have the battery replaced. Service was great! The service technician was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. My car runs like new! They even washed my car and put armor all on my tires ! I will be a customer again!

The service center was flexible with my request for a next day, regular maintenance of my Prius. Evelyn was my appointed customer representative. She was knowledgeable about the repairs needed, professional and friendly. Highly recommend her. The routine service was done expeditiously and the price was consistent with other Toyota service centers in the Bay Areas.

Our Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid was brought in for a factory recall issue, and Hector did a great job of monitoring the work to reduce our wait. I worked with Evelyn and she did not tell me my car was ready for 40 minutes and I had to call to ask her about it. She was uncommunicative and not very sociable while helping me out. Claims she texted me but I didn't receive anything and she didn't follow up with me when she clearly said she would call me when the car was done. She didn't apologize for wasting my time either which was upsetting.
It’s crazy how they try to take advantage of people's situations. How is it possible that they want to charge over $500 for an oil change and a couple of filters? They’re out of their minds.
Not honest, makes promises to get the sale. Spoke to 3 people including manager and NEVER got a call back as promised. No text or email and they suddenly not at work or available to receive my call. I try to be patient and gave extra time to fix the situation. Still broken promises. I hope this is not there way to handle business. Sad that all the cars I had bought are all Toyota. I was proud and now just a victim.
My appointment was at 3:45 pm for the first service of my 2026 4Runner but I got there a little early around 3:10pm. I got some help right away I was in and out in 1 hour. Staff are friendly and are easy to talk to. 👍

The people at this location are unbelievably kind and helpful. This includes every person who works there, includingevery service person. Even though I live in San Francisco, I go to Oakland because I like them so much and trust them so much. People in San Francisco were nice also, but this place feels much more welcoming. I coordinated my service with the service manager Geoff. I found him to be very helpful thru out the whole process. He showed me around the show room, offered me a morning beverage and gave a realistic time estimate. I also received updates from Geoff regarding the status of my vehicle. All this gave me peace of mind that I was in good hands.

Scheduling is easy, communication with service reps is crystal clear, update calls are timely, and my car runs great afterward. Yes a dealership may be pricier than elsewhere, but the peace of mind—knowing they have the right parts from the factory, and expertly trained mechanics & technicians—is well worth it to me.

Hector was efficient but warm and friendly. He was really knowledgeable and was able to clearly layout what was going to be done to my new car for its 5000 mile service. This is the most expensive thing that I've ever owned and was nervous about bringing it in, but he shared a lot of knowledge and made me feel at ease.
I had a flat tire, and Toyota Road service towed me to the service dept on a Sunday afternoon. I left my key with a note in the drop box and Hector contacted me the next morning and my car was ready the next day. Toyota made everything so easy, and I appreciated being able to text Hector with any questions. The update link is awesome!
